By becoming a member of this website you are allowing us to add your e-mail address to the Beginner Drums and / or Drum 101 mailing list. This allows us to keep you updated with important site information, channel updates or changes to your courses. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time.

Please ensure your account e-mail address is kept up to date so that we can contact you if there are any important account related problems. If for whatever reason you can’t log on to update your account information please get in touch.

Returns of digital items

Digital items, such as downloaded sheet music, online courses, PDF files and any other digital product, cannot be returned. Please make sure you’ve selected the correct item and included an accurate e-mail address before placing your order.

Right to refuse your order

We reserve the right to refuse any order and are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. If we do refuse your order you will be issued with a full refund.

Price Changes

Generally speaking your subscription pricing will stay at the price you signed up at. In other words, if there’s a price increase it will only impact new subscribers. We do reserve the right to change the pricing for existing subscribers – under such circumstances we will give you 14 days notice so you have time to cancel your membership if needs be. Such notifications will be issued by e-mail to the address given on your membership profile.

Cancelling your Membership

You are entirely in control of your own membership subscription and it can easily be cancelled at any time. Simply navigate to the ‘My Account‘ section and click ‘Cancel’ in the ‘My Memberships’ section. If you have any problems cancelling your membership please get in touch and we’ll do it for you.

From time to time we may manually cancel memberships if, for example, they haven’t been used for an extended period of time. This is done for security reasons. In the event of a membership account not being used for 6+ months we may delete the account and all associated course content. Please ensure you have downloaded all necessary information from your account, such as certificates and courseware, before this happens. If you have left your membership running and forgot to cancel it you are not entitled to any backdated refund.

If you cancel your subscription directly with your credit card company you MUST let us know so that we can manually deactivate your account. Credit card companies don’t always notify us of manual cancellations and this can result in unnecessary chargeback fees.

Governing law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Variation of terms

These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice.
