By becoming a member of this website you are allowing us to add your e-mail address to the Beginner Drums mailing list. This allows us to keep you updated with important site information, channel updates and changes to your courses. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time.
Returns of digital items
Digital items, such as downloaded sheet music, online courses, PDF files and any other digital product, cannot be returned. Please make sure you’ve selected the correct item and included an accurate e-mail address before placing your order.
Lifetime access
Where the term ‘lifetime access’ is used this refers to the life span of this website. In the event of this website shutting down for any reason you would no longer have access and waive the right to any refund in this scenario. This is the case with most websites who claim to offer lifetime access. In this scenario you can continue to use materials already downloaded and we will always endeavour to give reasonable notice in the unlikely event of this happening.
Right to refuse your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order and are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. If we do refuse your order you will be issued with a full refund.
Price Changes
Generally speaking your subscription pricing will stay at the price you signed up at. In other words, if there’s a price hike it will only impact new subscribers. We do reserve the right to change the pricing for existing subscribers – under such circumstances we will give you 14 days notice so you have time to cancel your membership if needs be. Such notifications will be issued by e-mail to the address given on your membership profile.
Cancelling your Membership
We want to set your mind at rest that your membership subscription can’t be abused and can easily be cancelled at any time. Simply navigate to the ‘My Account‘ section and click ‘Cancel’ in the ‘My Memberships’ section.

Manual PayPal Cancellation
Please only carry out a manual cancellation as a last resort – always cancel directly via this website or by contacting us if at all possible. If you paid by PayPal simply log on to your PayPal account and follow these steps:
- Click the ‘Settings’ button (the cog in the top right)
- Click ‘Payments’
- Click ‘View’ to manage your automatic payments
- Select the payment to ‘MacLellan Creative Ltd.’ and click ‘Cancel’
Manual Credit Card Cancellation
Credit card payments are handled via Stripe. Please only carry out a manual cancellation as a last resort – always cancel directly via the website or by contacting us if at all possible. If you paid by credit card just contact your card provider and ask them to cancel the pre-approved subscription to ‘Drum 101’.
Governing law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Variation of terms
These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice.
